Photographer Responsibilities

All Zoom In’s photographers are aware of, have read and fully comprehend Zoom In’s Privacy Policy. They are trained to adhere to the strictest respect for the privacy of Zoom In’s clients.

Collecting Information

Zoom In May Collect Personal Information defined as “information about an identifiable individual, including but not limited to the following: first and last name, mailing address, email address, phone number.” Zoom In’s website may also collect and store additional information such as baby’s name, baby’s birth date, and/or other applicable details or information that may be relevant to the services we provide to you. When subscribing for paid services or placing ecommerce orders on our website we may also collect your billing address, billing and credit card information, shipping addresses, and payment preferences.
Zoom In may collect personal information through its website or its representatives, photographers, employees, customer services team, account registration and/or other online and electronic activity with Zoom In. Third Party Sites and/or Services

Zoom In does not and cannot control the privacy policies of any third-party sites and/or services, and in particular the third party services selling the novelty merchandise on offer on our website. Zoom In assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions of such third parties. It is your responsibility to be informed of and be comfortable with the privacy policy of any third-party website or service that you access, even if it is accessed through Zoom In’s website.
Third-party suppliers on Zoom In’s website are responsible for collection of payment and for other payment collection, refunds and shipping related to the product(s) purchased. Zoom In cannot accept any responsibility for any payment or other interactions agreed between you and the third-party supplier.
